In 1993, the UNESCO declared the Tubbataha Reefs as a world heritage site. The reefs are known for its 100-meter perpendicural wall filled with diverse marine species and corals. The reefs are located in the middle of Sulu Sea. This is dark blue fountain pen ink with black sheen.

Vinta Inks are ideal for use as fountain pen ink, rollerball pen ink (that required liquid ink), sketch ink and also calligraphy ink.
